All prices on Mamfe are displayed in the local currency where applicable and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change without notice prior to order confirmation.

By completing a purchase, you authorise Mamfe to charge your selected payment method for the total order amount including any applicable delivery fees.

Payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers. Mamfe does not store your full card or banking details.

In the event of a failed transaction, duplicate charge, or billing dispute, please contact our support team and we will investigate promptly.

Delivery timelines are estimates provided in good faith and may vary based on location, product type, and logistics partner availability. Mamfe is not liable for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control.

Returns and refund eligibility are determined by the individual vendor's policy, which will be visible on their storefront. Mamfe may facilitate dispute resolution but is not the seller of record in vendor-fulfilled orders.

Where Mamfe directly fulfils an order, a 14-day return window applies for undamaged, unused items in their original packaging.

All content on the Mamfe platform, including logos, design, text, images, and software, is owned by or licenced to Mamfe and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Vendors retain ownership of their own product imagery and descriptions but grant Mamfe a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display, reproduce, and promote that content on the platform and in marketing materials.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works of Mamfe's content without prior written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mamfe shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or any products purchased through it.

Mamfe's total liability in respect of any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the value of the order to which the claim relates.

We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components. We take reasonable steps to maintain platform security and reliability but cannot guarantee absolute availability.
